So I get the impression you don't like the current theme, Wizard?  Since part of the changes involves tweaking the theme, how attached are you to the old theme?

But a-ha, somebody has already done the work for us!

It's even the same codebase!  Gaming geeks are pretty universal, no? Smiley
Now I just need to figure out how to implement those changes. Hm...

So I have a question.  How modifiable is the software that runs these forums?   I mean, if it's moddable, why not add some kind of parser thing that allows people to tell their post to roll dice?  Severely awesome or just dumb?  It'd make forum games more... interesting.

Not via IM.  It requires a telnet client/MU* client.  It's Mondays at 4pm Pacific/7pm Eastern.

Text, actually. Occasionally we use MapTool for dungeon bits.

Hey gang... well, I don't know most of you, but I have a MUSH I've been using to host RP-oriented RPG campaigns (and allowing others to play there as well).  I personally run a Pathfinder Campaign there and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in playing.  It is the Shackled City adventure path, so there's some background bennies.  Level 5, no Inquisitors, non-evil alignment... probably should run ideas by me ahead of time if you're interested.  We currently have a summoner and barmaid monk

rpgmush.net, port 4267.  Ask for the Lady of Pain and that's my handle there.... it's a long story.

Also: It runs on Mondays, 4pm Pacific/7pm Eastern.

I'd like to add a 4th cause of accidental breach.

4- Act of Godzilla. (He eats nuclear power, right?)

My only core choice is GP squads.

Man, sucks to be UMFA.  Infantry is not a core.  *point laugh, is shot by a snub cannon in retaliation*

North GP Squads ain't bad- they get a lot of variety like the other GP squads.

Looks like I'm out. Is have to get infantry to be competitive at pl 1 at 500 points.

Who is you?

Nah, that's gotta be our local Black Talons player.  He's a huge Mazinger fan.

So... clarification on the PL rules.

If the PL is lower than you can field using your army rules, you use the lowest PL when building the army?
If the PL is higher than you can field using your army rules, you use the highest PL when building the army?

How about buying molds from this place? http://www.hirstarts.com/molds/moldssci.html
I'm certainly thinking about picking up a few, though I don't know what yet!

...Wait....

If a vehicle that immense can hover off the ground efficiently, why do the aircraft need to be carried? Can't they just hover indefinitely as well?

They don't carry aircraft on Terra Nova, cuz local sandstorms make it dumb to pilot them on Terra Nova.  No, landships carry lots and lots of gears most of the time.

I'll be playing Peace Officer Corps for the League.

Hello and welcome to Severely Awesome.com, soon to be the greatest gaming site ever!

It's already severely awesome because I'm seeing a real lack of flame wars and endless skirmishes over which rules people think are dumb. Cheesy
